Policies

Enrolment

Students can enrol anytime during the term, and will be charged according to how many lessons are left for that term.

Tardiness

Students will receive whatever lesson time is left over if tardy, and will not be reimbursed for any missed time.

Termly Payment

Payments are due by week 3 of each term, and late payments will incur a $5 fee per week. Fees do not include the cost of books or examination fees.

Cancellations/Missed Lessons

Illness

If you are unwell and unable to attend your lesson, please contact your teacher as soon as possible to either reschedule or switch to an online lesson.


Teacher Absence

If a teacher needs to change or cancel a lesson, it will be rescheduled. In some cases, a substitute teacher may be arranged if your regular teacher is unavailable.


Make-Up Lessons

  • Lessons missed with at least 24 hours' notice are eligible for a make-up lesson.
  • Students may receive up to two make-up lessons per term.
  • All make-up lessons must be used within the same term or during holiday periods and cannot be carried over to the next term.

Late Notice / No-Show

By enrolling, you reserve a dedicated lesson time each week. Lessons missed with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited and are not eligible for a make-up.

Pricing Adjustments

As students progress through their examination grades, prices will increase to reflect the heightened workload assigned to each student, as well as the expertise, qualifications, and experience of the teachers.
